Tiredness in morning could be due to fatigueness, sleeplessness or allergic rhinitis, anemia, depression, fibromyalgia, or some other health condition.
This pain gradually builds up over time and is mostly associated with Plantar Fasciitis. It can be extremely painful, however in some cases might subside after some walking. Don't ignore it ,your foot is indicating your progressive health status.
The plantar fascia is a thick band that runs along the bottom of the foot from the heel to the ball of the foot. It helps to support the arch of the foot. The pain may be present in the heel or the arch of the foot. Early in the course of injury, the pain is only present during standing for prolonged period of not weight-bearing. The symptoms will resolve after you take several steps. As the problem progresses, the pain is more persistent.
Before getting out of bed in the morning, massage your foot with Cokum Foot Cream and stretch the fascia; you can roll your foot over a hard gel ball or massage it with your hand. Stretch your Achilles tendon several times during the course of the day. Pick up egg gel ball with your toes to strengthen your foot. Apply ice several times per day or use cold pack and roll it under your foot for 10-15 min following your run and at the end of the day.
Use Medial Arch Insole if you have more pain in heel portion, however, if it is in complete foot, use High Performance Insole.
