Arthritic Pains

Arthritic pains are ‘pains within joints’ that hold bones utilising cartilages, ligaments and tendons (synovial inflammation) leading to difficulty in locomotion (fatigue). It can be inflammation of cartilages (an autoimmune Rheumatoid arthritis) to osteoarthritis (inflammation of bone cells) causing progressive stiffness. It could also be due to traumatic injury, severe sprain, fracture induced injuries (especially observed in case of foot or progressive ankle pain). Such conditions can also lead to bony spurs at base of big toe (bunion); inflammation of joints at the ball of foot loosening their ligaments cause bone to push against the sole of foot causing calluses and even ulceration. Psoriatic arthritis affects toe joints closest to nail causing reddening and swelling of the area resulted deformed or broken nails. Septic arthritis is caused by infection in joints.
